← Back to NassaakhNassaakh — Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. What Nassaakh is
Nassaakh (the "Service") converts Arabic PDF files into editable Word documents. The Service is operated by Nassaakh, a trade name of Yousuf Atwa, reachable at salaam@nassaakh.com.
2. Your files
- You keep all rights to the files you upload and the converted files you download. We claim no ownership of them.
- You promise you have the right to convert the files you upload. Do not upload material you are not allowed to copy.
- Your files are used only to produce your converted document. We do not read them, sell them, share them, or use them to train anything. See the Privacy Policy for how processing works and how long files are kept.
3. Credits and payment
- Converting pages costs credits: 1 credit per page in Standard mode, 4 credits per page in Precise mode. If a PDF already contains healthy digital text and is converted in Standard mode, it uses no credits.
- Free credits: creating an account grants 20 free credits, one time. This is a one-off welcome grant, not a recurring monthly allowance. Converting requires an account.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Credits are only charged once your converted file has been produced, so a failed conversion does not cost you any credits.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Credits are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once you begin using them. If you have not spent any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days by emailing salaam@nassaakh.com.
4. What we promise — and what we don't
We work hard to produce accurate, well-structured documents, and we are honest on the site about what each mode does. But converting scans depends on the quality of the scan, and no software reads perfectly. We do NOT promise:
- perfect character accuracy (decorated or calligraphic titles especially can be misread);
- a perfect copy of the original page's look;
- that every heading, footnote, or table will be detected.
The Service is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
5. Fair use of the Service
Do not: attempt to break or overload the Service, resell it as your own, use it for unlawful material, or try to get around credit limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. If we change these terms in a meaningful way we will note the new date at the top and, for account holders, mention it by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
